Chandrashekhar A. Chakalabbi is a seasoned advocate with over 12 years of experience in the legal field. He completed his law degree from the Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, in 2011 and honed his skills through two years of practice before Trial Courts and the Karnataka High Court Bench at Dharwad and Bangalore. Since 2013, he has been actively practicing in the Delhi legal landscape, appearing before the Supreme Court and other relevant courts and tribunals.

Biography
Mr. Chakalabbi specializes in civil and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on banking and finance law, as well as telecommunications law. His expertise has led him to become a trusted advisor to numerous banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and asset reconstruction companies. He provides comprehensive legal counsel on both the litigation and non-litigation aspects of their operations.
Mr. Chakalabbi has been an AOR since 2018 and currently is the Standing Counsel for the Dept. of Telecommunication before the TDSAT in addition to being on panel of several Central and State Public Sector Undertakings.
